OVERVIEW
Anxiety is something that all of us experience to some degree, but sometimes it gets very intense and is hard to break out of, and sometimes we can find ourselves feeling anxious about things that didn't bother us so much before.

This course is all about understanding what is going on, and what you can do about it, including:

Thought processes: different ways of dealing with anxious thoughts, including how to break out of a worry loop
Physical feelings: effective methods for calming your body when the anxiety response is kicking off
Behaviour: understanding the things we do that sometimes keep anxiety going, and the things we can do to help ourselves in the short-term and the long-term.
