OVERVIEW

When you don't feel "good enough" this can come out in a lot of different ways. Intense self-criticism, treating yourself harshly and not giving yourself the same credit or respect you would give to others. You might set yourself unrealistic aims and expectations, and then be frustrated with yourself when you don't meet them.

 

It might make you feel anxious and stressed a lot of the time if you constantly feel that you aren't doing or being enough, or it might make you feel down.

By the end of this course, you will have a good understanding of what is going on and a few different ways to tackle it, including:

Speaking to yourself differently (in a way that actually gets through).

Treating yourself with the same dignity and respect that you offer to others.
